I do have strong criticism for Superior:
* Reaching customer service could take more than an hour waiting on hold
* My tank reached 9% before refilling, just before a cold snap.
* I called five times starting at 20% over the course of 2+ weeks. I was never given a delivery date.
* The Rymes team would never let any of this happen

I like the tank monitoring capabilities that was installed on my propane tanks this past summer. But once my tanks got down to below 20%, it would have been nice to receive a notification to let me know that a delivery would occur within 24 hours. I turned down my heat and did use any hot water to conserve the propane, because I was not sure I would receive a delivery before the snowstorm. Other than that, I have been very happy with the service, competitive pricing and the ability to pay online.
It is easy to schedule service and your service providers are knowledgeable and friendly.
