Prompt and responsive.
When we have called for service it has been scheduled in a timely manner and provided in a friendly manner.
The only thing that has not been provided is a monitor for our propane tank that was requested.
We will be using more propane this year as we no longer are using the pellet stove.
Associates are super-friendly, kind, and helpful when I call.
Anyone I have called or spoken with at Downeast Energy-from billing, delivery and service -have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for a decade or more and truly appreciate knowing that if there is an issue with heat/hot water that I call and they expedite service. It's wonderful having that peace of mind.

I am on auto delivery and it is super convenient. I like the discount if I pay promptly and online communication and ability to pay options. Web site is easy to navigate.
Timely with deliveries. Only once did a technician show up for a boiler cleaning and did not think vacuuming the combustion chamber was needed and teh same visit, he did not have a in line fuel filter to change out. Said he'd be back but nothing was ever scheduled and I was not contacted. I changed out my own filter and vacuumed the boiler out.

Fast service, but I did not receive any emails letting me know when the oil would be delivered, nor did I receive any receipt on delivery. I used to get both in past deliveries.

Always friendly and kind service they always make sure you have fuel to keep your family warm though out the winter.
I like it that you have some sort of d vice on my tanks that reads the level of propane and sends a signal to your office when they run low so I never run out of fuel.
Easy to order and delivery comes within a reasonable time. Servers are polite.

We had a gas leak from our ugrill and the fireplace !
Matt arrived fully prepared to take care of our problems.
I was very impressed how well prepared he was repaired and replaced a couple of damaged parts in the fireplace but had needed parts in the truck fixed the the fireplace put it back together after taking ma photo to make sure all logs were in the right location
He pulled out the vacuum and cleaned up !

The gas leak on deck was a quick fix as the gas knobs had been turned on by the wind the blew the grill all
