Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. I needed a last minute oil change for an out of town trip and service was able to fit me in. Zach Shuping (family friend) showed me around the new Genesis service area which will be opening up soon. It started pouring down rain when my car was ready, so Trevor and another sales rep provided me with a Genesis umbrella. Very accommodating.
