I recently had an unrepairable flat tire. I contacted the Parts and Service Departments on Monday. They ordered the tire & had it by Thursday. I spoke with "Alexis" & asked if I needed to schedule service. She said they were heavily booked & suggested that I bring my vehicle in & leave it for a few hours & she'd squeeze me in where she could. A little bit more than an hour later, my vehicle was ready. Alexis & The Service Department at Don Franklin Hyundai Lexington are totally awesome. I always feel well taken care of.

Michael crisley and Scott were just awesome!! The last time I purchased a car I’m not lying my husband and I were literally there the entire day! This was by far the easiest time we’ve ever had and was effortless. On top of that my husband who is disabled didn’t have to be there I was able to do most online and then just came and signed a few papers!! And if I’m not back there which is a 3 hour round trip they offered to deliver my car! Who does that!! My daughter already said she’ll drive there for her next vehicle! We just moved here so I don’t really have any friends but I’m sure my daughter will tell everyone about my incredible experience!
