Ty was great! Very personable, patient, and it actually meant a lot that he wore a mask. He saw I was wearing one, so he grabbed one too before we even got to the car. I don't make a big deal over it to other people, but to be blunt, I walked away from another dealership over it. If a salesperson can't read someone over something so simple as a mask inside a car during a test drive, it's like a big neon sign that they don't care about you or your business. Kind of went on a tangent there. Long story short, Ty was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with on a car lot. Awesome guy.
