Great service experience. I was greeted immediately and checked in. The man helping me said the appointment wouldn't be more than an hour and 15 minutes. About 45 minutes later, he came and got me in the waiting area. It was a pleasant surprise at how efficiently the service was.

Sales people know their product and can rapidly compare features. The service department is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable and will provide suggestions and advice....and will also tell you if they are baffled by a problem-then solve it to the customer's satisfaction.
