Tony friendly greeted me! He turned the “oil service soon” light on himself—my #1 request. He made certain I knew where the lounge with complimentary waters, vending machines and restroom was located. He reviewed my service report thoroughly. He wanted to be certain I was 100% satisfied. I'm a frequent flyer at this superb dealership for ALL of my maintenance work on my vehicle.
As always, the service department is exceptional, professional and meticulous while serving my camper-van and communicates every aspect of vans needs throughout the journey.
During a recent visit, an apparent faulty oil filter O-ring was had broken and caused most of the oil to leak out after a routine oil change after I left the service department.
I pulled over after the low oil pressure light illuminated.
I called the dealership and spoke with Brandy who orchestrated and dispatched a team of four service technicians, who came to my location, completed the necessary repairs, filled me up with oil, while they were off the clock and on their own time.
I was so very impressed with this that I can't sing their praises enough.
I'm at the dealership today, as I'm writing this because they're completely washing my engine and undercarriage and giving me a voucher for my next oil change.
It's rare to see a business go to such effort to take care of a customer.
I could not be more pleased and impressed with the quality and character of these individuals and the business they work for.
Only this service department will work on my van and I'm truly a customer for life.
