I can not give an opinion on your products or your service. I can tell you Ben was very kind and was able to explain things. If he was not sure of the answer he inquired with another sales rep and got the answer. Ben was very easy to talk to and not overly pushy as some sales rep can be. Over aggressive sales people, I do not like.

I am a fan of the Nissan brand. Last 3 new vehicles have been Nissan and I'll probably never buy another brand. Don Franklin and the previous Don Marshall dealerships have done nothing but help me through the buying experience each of the 3 times. I would like to especially thank Connor Brumley for being my salesman on my last 2 new car purchases, he did a great job and he will be my salesman on my next purchase, so long as he is at Don Franklin Nissan.
