I had to visit Don Franklin CDRJ when the battery failed on my 2024 Ram 2500 6.4. I was visiting from South Carolina and was in a hurry - they got me right in, identified the problem, offered me an OEM solution which was great but expensive and then offered a less expensive alternative. In and out in no time. I’d like to thank the Service Manager Nathan and my advisor (I believe his name was Jacob). I wish more dealers were like this one. Thanks to all.

I dropped a vehcile off which was leaking fluid. After a quick inspection it was determined that the oil filter was loose. The repair was made quickly along with other recommended servicing on the same date. I am pleased with everything.
