I experienced excellent service with Chris Staley and the financial service team at don franklin Kia of somerset and I would recommend anyone to them.
I like that one person was assigned to my case and he followed me from start to finish. When I called about the vehicle he was the one who answered my questions and gave me updates.
I had a bad sensor on my car. They give me a car to drive while they ordered my part, that, means a lot. Customer service is their top priority.
