My service advisor- Justin is amazing! I also love the new feature of getting text updates and an email about the status of my service. Having the night drop off option is wonderful for our family - we don’t always have the option to schedule and go sit and wait for service - due to our jobs.

I fhave dealt with Don Frankin for yesr and always find anyone i deal with are very courteous. I ind the sales people and service technicians are always willing to answer all my questions ialways taking time to be sure I understand . They never look or talk down to me no matter how silly my question, after all I'm 75 yrs old and always have questions.

I love the customer service I have always received and also the selection of vehicles is great. The customer service and the fact they have the options I'm looking for keeps me coming back. This is the second new car I've purchased from Don Franklin somerset. I live over an hour away but it's worth traveling to get what I'm looking for in a vehicle.
