Mike Prewitt was extremely helpful. He done everything i needed him to do over the phone and through text which was important to me. My only concern was he gave me the prices of several vehicles then I went to look at them that evening to choose the one I wanted then made the purchase 2 days later. When I looked at the paperwork I noticed that the price of the vehicle was not the price he gave me over the phone. When I asked about this he said management changed the price the next day. I do find this a bit odd. I sat in the parking lot called the bank of my choice and got the loan based on the amount that I was quoted plus a little extra to cover tax, title, and any fees that might be added. Good thing I did or the check that the bank had already cut would not have been enough to cover the cost of the vehicle. This is not in anyway reflected on Mike or Tracy who also helped in this transaction. It has to do with management as far as I am concerned.
