Well for the products I’m still building trust. But , they have done good so far. No issues at all. Services on the other hand is great. Friendly staff and on time maintenance. Your in and out in the time they say will be and they explain things so you know what’s going on. To me they treat you like family and that’s means a lot to me.

Mr Akers was very nice and friendly and understanding of the anxiety that comes with trading cars. The gentleman in the finance department was extremely nice and helpful and did not try to sell me more than I needed.

The service dept is excellent. The sales team that I dealt with is also excellent.

The only complaint I have is with Ford. My transmission hard shifts daily and my 4 wheel drive pops like it’s in an awkward position. Ford has recalls but no parts. So my complaint is with Ford. I’m not sure that I will replace this Ford with another.
