Recently bought a Ford Edge. The process from the time I arrived at the lot, to discussing the trade to driving away in the car I wanted was absolutely painless. The young salesperson, Ryan Muncy, performed admirably. Any questions I had he either answered them on the spot or had the answers by the time I returned from the test drive. Additionally, the finance manager (whose name escapes me at the moment) that handled the transaction was extremely professional and completed the task in a timely manner. Would recommend Don Franklin Ford, London to anyone.

Customer service (redemption in my case) is critical to a successful business. The service department was super attentive to my needs and helped me figure out issues I felt were problematic. Their team including the service manager and assistant manager went above and beyond to regain my trust. Very thankful for their kindness and understanding.

Have always had a good experience with the London facility. When purchasing a vehicle.
If you could improve on the amount time it takes to take care of the paperwork and financial’s it would be one of the best places to buy your next vehicle.
However I couldn’t say this about your Somerset facility. Was very disappointed with trying to deal with this facility.
