Not high pressure sales and the service department is great. We always get a wash when we get an oil change. No high pressure sales there either. The best dealership experience I have ever had.

Jordan Asher was absolutely the sweetest salesman. I didn't feel pressured. Everyone was honest, kind, and listened to what we were looking for. Travis Jasper did an amazing job with our financing and got our payments where we wanted them. I would highly recommend Don Franklin over any other car dealership in the area. They did an excellent job. Jordan and Travis I highly recommend.
As a busy Realtor, my car is a huge part of my job. They were able to get us what we wanted and back out on the road.

I love how customer oriented the Don Franklin staff is. I have bought three cars from Don Franklin and and will continue to buy cars from Don Franklin. I also would not think about taking my car anywhere but their service center.

Don Franklin Ford Service Department is a very good company. It is easy to schedule service and their technicians do a good job. Communication from them is very good, keeping the customer informed of their vehicle status. The service writers seem to listen to the customer to ensure what is needed/requested.
