The service and staff are very professional and helpful. The only issue I have is that when one has an appointment it should not take two hours for an oil change and vehicle check-up. I have been here several times and been in and out with-in an hour. If the service is actually takes two hours then it leads me to believe that the service stated on the record was done incorrectly or missed all together. Where is the Quality Checks for the simple but important task being performed. Feel free to reach out and communicate further if you desire. Of course if I do not hear from anyone then I will gather I am just a number.
