I came in to a service department overwhelmed by people needing their services prior to the holidays. The workers were all swamped, but they were friendly and polite. I was in a rush for work, and they accommodated me to make sure I would make it to my destination on time. The report I received on my vehicle was detailed, and the woman who managed the payment of my invoice with me was professional and kind despite being very busy as well.

I especially appreciated Larry at the Service Desk at the London location. He always knows me by name and what model Fords I own. He is always courteous and efficient, with that I could not ask for any better.
