I was impressed by the service from beginning to end. The salesman, Cordarius, the sales mgr., the finance Dept, the gentleman that delivered my car to me were all courteous, friendly, professional and NOT pushy.
I went to the Lex location. The car I wanted was in Somerset. They had a driver bring it to Lex for me to test drive. I was in a time crunch that day. They did everything they could to get me out of there within the time frame I gave them.
They matched the highest offer I had received for my 2019 Highlander while giving me a great deal on a 2021 Sienna.
I had been to several dealerships and had not received anywhere near the service or deal I got at Don Franklin.
