Customer service at the Don Franklin is excellent. Staff are exceptionally good. Nick Sexton went beyond a normal call of duty to address my requirements. I bought two new cars within a year from this dealership. I am fully satisfied with their service.

ON 12/05/22 I HAD A VEHICLE SERVICED AT DON FRANKLIN NISSAN (THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST I RECEIVED WAS SIMPLY HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING) THAT SAID I WAS DULY IMPRESSED WITH THE OPERATION. THE PEOPLE I INTERACTED WITH WERE VERY PLEASANT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. ADDITIONALLY, I OBSERVED THE ACTIONS WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS. EVERYONE APPEARED TO BE TREATED WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT. IF I WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR I DEFINITELY WOULD CONSIDER THE DON FRANKLIN FAMILY OF CARS.

I love my Nissan Altima, have been very satisfied with it's performance and am considering purchasing another one soon.
The service team has always taken great care of me and my vehicle, they have provided rides from the dealership when my car has needed service and are polite and friendly, I know I am in good hands.
