Care as to what is going on
On my way from Tampa, FL to Lexington, KY, I had serious tire damage due to not being able to avoid debris on road. Nissan Connect connected me to Chris Rivard at Don Franklin Nissan. I was able to get to Lexington on donut tire from 120 miles south (Jelico, TN). Chris was able to get my tire replacement scheduled under my road hazard coverage. There was also breakline damage from the debris. Chris was able to order parts for breakline and got the repairs to breakline and tire replacement in record time. He made sure I was shuttled to and from the hotel where I was attending convention. Then I was back on the road south to Tampa, FL on the day I originally planned to return home.
I am greatful to Chris and all he did in such an efficient and effective manner. On a scale of 1 to 10, Chris is a 20 in my book. Thank you Chris and Don Franklin Nissan.
