I like that I am told about services that are recommended for my vehicle and that I don’t feel pressured to get them done right at that time. I also feel like I am being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of. Jennifer is my service tech and she has always been very nice and respectful.
Members of the GM and Nissan service departments are super friendly and easy to work with. All though I’ve noticed since they are undergoing construction the Nissan side has more employees than the GM. I just want to make sure that Casey and her team don’t go unnoticed for how hard they work to keep up with the demand!!! Y’all are doing a great job day in and day out!!! If Eddy hasn’t noticed he needs to pay y’all a raise for the great work you do for him and his family!!!!

Personnel was very good; although very busy. I had an oil change; which was completed in 4 hours (10:15-2:00pm).
Service expedited the recalls on my Nissan with exemplary courtesy and accommodative care. The waiting space was adequate for the many folks who were being served.
