First time was not the best, I'm not going to lie. I went in a second time and talked to Chad and told him my current situation and that i just lost my car in an accident 2 days ago. The car I was looking at was just like my old one but had little flaws with it, and he was able to negotiate with the price where I would like it to be and he knew I loved the car, very friendly guy, next time I have a friend or family member, I will suggest him to do business with you all.

I have a Hyundai Sonata I went to a brake service to Don Franklin Hyundai because they replace my all brakes front and back last year and I pay 273.00 dollars for that service . Last week my front brake right side start to get noise and I take my car to the dealer (Hyundai) . They tell me they don’t have time to check I have to wait 1 week for the next available appointment and I tell them it’s my brake I can’t wait 1 week . They said they can’t check . After that I take my car to Don Franklin Nissan total diferent a lady ask me very nice what I need and i explain about my brakes. She take my car for the service and take care the problem. I pay 432.00 dollars i hope I don’t have to come back again for the same problem . I am very happy for the service at Din Franklin Nissan. Thank you .
