The things that I liked with Don Franklin was the sales person was very responsive to any questions we had day or night, was there when I said I would be there and he had the cars that I wanted to compared ready for at the front door. Financing was quick and everything was spelled out. I knew what I was willing to pay to get the car and the GM worked with me to get me there. The other thing that really impressed me was how willing the more seasoned salesperson was willing to help the younger new salesperson. I own a company and the value of cooperation and investing into the future is crucial. Cordari Wheeler was our salesperson and I’m sorry but I can’t remember what the ladies name was that helped him. I would recommend everyone to do business with Don Franklin.

Jennifer Belcher was great. She respected where our budget was and never once tried to pressure or show us vehicles outside of our price range. This very thing was important to me after being frustrated shopping all day for a car. Not all sales people have this tactic and I’m someone who knows what I can afford and will not be talked into something else.

Jennifer was so helpful. I damaged a tire and decided to get all new ones. She was great getting the tires ordered and scheduling me in for service.

Quick and easy!

The service is beyond anything I expected. I lease a vehicle and was scheduled for my first service. Trying to be efficient, I had other stops before and a doctors appointment right after. Well, coming out of Costco with plenty of time to get to my service appointment found that I had locked my keys in the vehicle. Being fairly new to the area I called the dealership for advice. They were so kind! A key was made and someone was sent to open my car. I was late for my service appointment but they were able to get the work done so I wasn't late for my next appointment. As I said in the beginning, everyone went beyond my expectations. In a time when so many negatives are heard, it was refreshing to see the kindness offered and I have shared this with so many. Thank you.

No problems and fast service

I never liked taking my car to get serviced until I got a Nissan. They make the process as simple as can be. As a single mom with precious cargo, I feel at ease knowing my vehicle is being taken care of the right way.
