We have owned Nissan Altimas for the last 20 years and recently traded in our 2011 Altima with Don Franklin here in Lexington. We thought seriously about purchasing a Camry however we have been so very pleased with Nissan service department, Don Franklin, I didn’t want to leave. We have not had such good personal service with Toyota dealerships. (We have a Toyota Tacoma also.)

When I make my appointment for service you guys are promo and polite. Have a nice waiting area while waiting for service, and employees are all knowledgeable. Also like the mats placed in car and cover on stearing wheel plus the finishing clean.
