The vehicle was serviced starting at the time we were told to bring the vehicle in. The technicians called us with any problems they discovered. I.E. The AC wasn't working. They found that a chipmunk had made a home in the AC filter, stored his peanuts in the filter. (I feed chipmunks so it's my own darned fault.) The work was done as we were advised, were what the cost to replace filter, and to repair AC. We've been dealing with Don Franklin for years and we trust them 100%.
Tim Perkins is an awesome service advisor. The only reason I come to your location for service is because of Tim's excellent customer service and professionlism. You keep Tim and I will keep coming and plan to buy my next vehicle there because I know Tim will be my service advisor.

Service area clean and staffed. Car wash is a bonus. Was asked before filters were changed and was shown the dirty filters. Prices of services are good. Convenient to my work and home.
