Most of the time,service goes pretty fast.
but I have had problems in the past. I had an oil leak a couple years ago and it cost me several hundred dollars and they never figured it out.
My appointment was at 9:30 but I was able to drop off my vehicle earlier so I could make a golf trip with friends-Ethan (the technician) ensured me that everything would be taken care of prior to my return.

That home town service. I went in to get my battery checked and walked out with new battery (still under warranty) in a fairly short period of time. The service people you talk to are very respectful.
The service Department in Bardstown has been terrible for years, terrible attitudes, with the exception of Tim Perkins, who is no longer there. I was looking into trying the Franklin service department in Etown, when I heard about the Franklin Service Department on Frost Ave in Bardstown. There I met a new service manager named Russ and a nice lady greeted me with a smile. What great, professional folks. It was my best experience in the service department that I have had since Franklins took over the dealership. Hopefully this carries over to the Franklins main service center.

I think it's more about the people than the product when choosing where to shop for vehicles. I always look for knowledgeable, KIND and helpful auto dealers who are upfront and honest. I have had so many bad experiences with dealers so it's my top priority when looking for a car that the dealer meets my expectations. You all were wonderful. It was fast, easy, and you all were just overall great to work with. I am so appreciative of the wonderful experience and highly recommend. My mom always got her car here and I know why people are repeat customers. Thank you all!
