Both of your service departs in Bardstown I have had good service, From oil change to a air bag recall and battery replacement my experience with your staff is five star. I appreciate the "help your self to a good cup of coffee" while waiting. The waiting room area is always clean and comfortable .Choice of individual chairs, to a round table with chairs or a small couch Location of both service departments could not be better if one wish to go out for a short bite to eat. And the courtesy ride if one needs one. Choice of many vehicles if one interested in purchasing a new or used vehicles. I have purchased two vehicles at Don Franklin and have been very pleased with the vehicle and my sales person. My sister has purchased two vehicles as well. The only thing I would like to add is I wish the company would hire a female saleswoman. Tanya LaRue sold me my vehicles and my sisters too. She was top notch in knowing what her customer wanted. She was easy to relate to and communicated very well. With that said I still give Don Franklin staff a Gold Five Star Rating.

Friendly, helpful sales (Andrew). Went to smaller lot across the street and he drove us to larger lot and continued looking for vehicle we were looking for. Which we found and bought that day
Very friendly and prompt service. I had to wait for a part but the reschedule went without a hitch, the repair was under warranty and the gentleman who assisted me through it all was so polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for having such a wonderful person on your staff.

I appreciate the consistently friendly and helpful customer service. Everyone is professional and willing to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. I also like that you don’t try to upsell Services. I don’t need. There’s a level of honesty trust that keeps me coming back. I always feel like my vehicle is in good hands
We learned some new things about our new car that we did not know about. Service person who took care of us seem to know a lot about how the car worked and answered all our question about the service that we were there for.

The friendly service. If something is not right, they make it right. We have purchased several vehicles at the Bardstown location and will continue to do so.
I don’t like having to make an appointment for an oil change that is sometimes 2 weeks out. I understand the service department can be very busy but maybe hire some more people to just do oil changes. I appreciate that the place across the road was able to get me in so quickly. Everyone is nice and friendly. I like it when my car is washed.
