Service was excellent. The girl who waited on me was really nice and very knowledgeable about my problem. She got me in fast because my problem could have been dangerous. I met the mechanic who knew exactly what need to be done and squeezed me in without appointment. Fixed when he said it would be. Excellent service.

When I called to make an appointment they were booked and I was going out of town and needed the oil changed they said try the quick change they have behind the used car lot down the street. Don got me in and out fast. Great idea having the extra shop for overflow

So unbelievably honest. Always take care of anything and all questions that I have. Very very knowledgeable. Always a happy experience. I look forward to my oil changes and any maintenance my car needs lol crazy huh? In the past I have been to other big dealers like Herb Jones in Etown that were very dishonest and thought I was stupid enough to fall for their lies and pay 2400 dollars or I might blow a head gasket. I told them No thanks and drove that car several thousand more miles until I traded it off

Quick and friendly
I’ve been very happy with the service. I really think that since I bought the car there and the battery is the same one that you had in it. Now I’m told the battery has a dead cell and it isn’t the correct battery that car should have had in it!! I think that $200 battery should have been on you!! I take very good care of my car and it has regular maintenance the rest your shop🤷♀️
The ease of use of internet appointments.
Everything I have taken to you you have fixed the first time. However. Hvac is your Achilles heal. Each year I bring the same problem you use the same solutions. Took to another mechanic they replaced the failed actuator doors and now it works. But I’ll still let you all have first crack on all other items. Never been disappointed. Jenn and Jamie are awesome at keeping me appraised of all that’s going on.
I also bought this Tahoe from you all and will work with you all again when it’s time.
