My tires get rotated with every oil change I have done. 50% of the time or more, James has to air my tires because the technician failed to do so after the rotation or set my oil viscosity gauge. The technicians do not seem to understand the mfg suggests the air pressure on the rear tires ought to exceed the air pressure on the front tires. James does a great job! Name removed

I really like the ease of scheduling appointments especially since I drive a little over 80 miles to have service done. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a shout out for Jen Vanarsdale, she was very helpful and friendly. As well as being quick and professional. An excellent example of the care and consideration that makes a business successful. I purchased my vehicle from Don Franklin in Somerset(they had the vehicle I wanted)but chose to take my vehicle to Bardstown for service, I am very glad I did.
