Service manager was excellent exclamation point seem to be very knowledgeable and very courteous! I was nervous about the process and what the cost would be, and he was very kind and reassured me through the whole process! Very pleased! Would most definitely recommend Don Franklin auto services!
There were not an absurd amount of unnecessary fees added on for pure profit of Don Franklin like I’ve seen at many other dealerships. Devon was not pushy or overbearing and allowed us to make a decision without pressure.
