A shout out to Adam Gorski for his expertise in helping me select a new set of wheels and hubs for my Salsa Fargo! We talked in detail about the kind of riding I do and what I want to do and he was able to set me up with a fantastic set of wheels.

I came in to get a tubeless tire sealed. The young man who helped me was very informative about the process. He was also polite and respectful, which I appreciate as an older female.

Adam was great! He was patient and answered all my questions. He set me up for the right frame size which is nice. I'll be coming back for future needs.

I have been a long time Penn customer and always appreciated the service and selection of bikes, Trek in particular. The service on my most recent trip now Freewheel was equally as good or better.
Regarding accessories, I'd appreciate seeing more clothing, shoes and perhaps bike bags carried. I have been forced to go online and now purchase Banjo Brothers brand bags. Being old school however, I still like to be able to hold and see the products I am purchasing.
