The gentlemen helping me were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Bryce was helpful explaining the various bikes and what would work for what my needs were. Kellen was very knowledgable on the bike that needed servicing and was able to attach my accessories in a timely manner on the bike I purchased.
Bryce was super patient with me coming in all the time looking at bikes. Nice place!
Lifetime warranty
last year I brought my moms old bike in to one of your competitors to be fixed up and they quoted me $250. They had a long list of things to replace. After doing some research I found out her bike wasn’t even worth that amount so recently I thought I’d try to see and compare what your shop would say and I was quoted far far less. Im very happy to have my moms bike back in working order and for a reasonable price. Thank you.

So many to list, but I'll give it a try.
1. Staff, staff, staff. I am always treated with respect and never feel intimidated or belittled. This is not the case in other stores I've shopped at.
2. The product selection is plentiful. From a quality and price point that's above what I'd see at a "box store", to more than what I'd spend on my kids' cars.
3. Service! Wow, I love the service department. I recently had a problem with one of my bikes (that I caused) and the service tech, offered me more than one solution for fixing it. Oh, and it was done faster than promised.
Monday was the first time I had been in that store since last year when it was Penn Cycle. The service was excellent and the changing of the show room was excellent. When you go in the product hits you in the face. Also, it appears much larger. Great job on changing the interior.

Service is second to none! I recently had 2 separate and independent encounters with 2 different employees who both blew me away with their knowledge and their commitment to customer service. They educated me about tuning my bike and didn’t want a dime for it. I have found my new favorite bike shop.
