I have been a long time Penn customer and always appreciated the service and selection of bikes, Trek in particular. The service on my most recent trip now Freewheel was equally as good or better.
Regarding accessories, I'd appreciate seeing more clothing, shoes and perhaps bike bags carried. I have been forced to go online and now purchase Banjo Brothers brand bags. Being old school however, I still like to be able to hold and see the products I am purchasing.

Very helpful customer service!!! I didn't know Penn Cycle had closed but the staff at Freewheel kindly introduced themselves and were very helpful. So glad to know they service Trek bikes. I will definitely go back!

I was assisted with 2 new bike tires and a road mirror. The team was helpful in choosing the tires. Giving me options to choose from. Getting my tires on in a timely manner. The associates were friendly and answered my questions. When I called back later my questions were answered.
