The store manager in Eden Prairie was very knowledgeable and has great customer skills. He helped me decide between two bikes and even got me thinking about my next bike (electric). I was on the fence about buying but he pretty much sealed the deal. Give that guy a raise.

I broke my bike in for a tune up after my purchase from the previous summer. The store was sold in the interim, but they honored the original agreement and did a great job on the tune up!
