Very friendly very knowledgeable customer service. I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to. Young man was patient and helpful with my questions and concerns. I didn’t need fancy, fast, just comfortable and reliable. He picked just the right bike and size. He explained why and Had me test ride the different sizes. I was very happy with the whole experience. Great job!

What a great place and friendly staff. They are very helpful with their customer. I am not a pro biker but the rep make me at ease and talk to me without rushing or show any frustration.

I've been to various locations of Freewheel, but I frequent the Eagan shop the most. Consistently across the locations, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to provide advice on any biking topic. I never feel like a burden or that the sales people are annoyed with me like I often feel at other bike shops. This atmosphere has made me a loyal customer!
