My first time at Freewheel Bike and I had a great experience! Dave was very helpful and patient as I worked through buying new road cycling shoes and mechanic Jason put in the time to get my cleat positions correct on the new shoes. For the last 15+ years I've only gone to Erik's but their customer service has really fallen off over the last year. I am very happy to have found Freewheel and look forward to being a long-term customer!

Friendly knowledgeable knew the right bike for me based on my request. Just bought my bike so not sure however I do have the feeling that they very willingly stand behind anything and everything they sell. The services and tuneups that they offer as a new bike owner are very reassuring for me that my bike will be kept in good riding order

Bike people working in bike shops — as it should be. Been coming here for 50 years, literally, since I’d ride my bike down to 68th and Penn (when my LBS was Penn Cycle.) I’ve bought parts, bikes, tools - the whole schmear. Been elsewhere, but keep coming back to Freewheel. Rarely do I not find what I need here. I’m restoring a vintage road bike, and guess where I’ll be coming for the parts I need. You guessed it!
