Kellen did a great job of taking charge of the situation with my wishes once it was apparent my warranty claim on a wheel was not going to be addressed in the near-term and I decided that I needed to get back on the road. Tyler also was helpful upon pickup of explaining my new wheel and the accessories that came with it. The first week+ I was kind of in limbo not knowing what to do and various personnel telling me they were just waiting to here back and they would "look into" various options for me in the meantime. As I stated above, once I was able to come in and state that I just wanted to get back on the road as soon as possible, Jose got Kellen involved and they were able to find something to order and get me within a week.

Service from Barrett and the team in Eagan was outstanding. We were able to purchase two Trek bikes for our children and were supposed to take them home that same day. One of the two had issues with cross-threading/stripping of the kickstand holes on the frame. Barrett offered us several options to address the issue and let us choose what worked best for us - waiting for a different bike to be transferred from another store and prepared for our daughter. We took our son's bike home that weekend, then received a call and email mid-week that our daughter's bike was in and ready. Very pleased with the service and experience. Look forward to more business with Freewheel in the future.

Great service!

The customer service was crazy good. My daughter even said "wow he was so nice, I love that store". The bike is also very nice, she was used to the heavy cheap Target ones. Will definitely be back for more bikes as my kids grow.
