So my frame cracked in four places on my 2021 Marlin 7. It was under warranty, and I went to pick it up (much sooner than I thought it would take), and found out that the whole bike was replaced with a 2022. To say I was surprised would be an understatement, and I am very grateful for your staff taking care of me after I was afraid my season would be over. Big props to the staff at Freewheel.

After-sale care and assistance. I have had a couple issues with my bike (including a warranty claim) and they have been helpful in facilitating the process as well as getting my bike back on the road. Jóse and Tyson make me feel like a welcome customer as I have become a familiar face to then after picking up a more serious version of this biking hobby in the past year and a half. Jason is also knowledgeable and I know he was working thru the manufacturer to get the warranty claim processed.

I need an expert to tell me what would be best for the type of riding I do, my build, and my budget. We VERY much enjoyed José he was a fantastic help, no extra fluff which we greatly appreciate.
We went to 3 other bike stores after we left yours and came back not because of the bike brand or the cost; but because of José.
I love the bike! I have already taken it out for a nice long ride on our trails.

I stopped by 3 locations, Eden Prairie, Richfield, and Eagan to search for my bike. At every location the salesperson stayed with me and answered every question I had going above and beyond each time. They were so good that I stopped looking at any other store/bike and knew it was my best option to stick with FreeWheel. Your staff was awesome! Thank you.

PS...I was not even in the market for a bike, but after stopping by the Richfield location, the salesperson there (unfortunately I don't have his name) made it so exciting I ended up with a TREK Marlin 7, which I love. Also thanks to Mike from Eden Prairie and Tyson from Eagan! It is truly incredible nowadays to stop by 3 different locations and receive such great and equal service. The knowledge base was outstanding, and so was the passion.

I am a former customer of Penn Cycle, and was always happy there with their service and products. I was a bit nervous about the new business. I recently had a bike tuneup. They told me it would be about a week, which was what I was expecting, but had my bike done in less than 24 hours. It's like brand new! very happy so far!!

Service is always excellent!

I went in for a pedal replacement due to a call back. I walked out with new pedals put on in no time. In addition, I purchased a monitor for my bike. They offered $20 off and installed that as well in no time. They also told me about all of those products they had so I could make an informed decision.

Finally, I complained of how lousy of a job the last crew was that put on my bike lock holder and they tightened it up for me as well at no charge.

I left with safe pedals, a new monitor that I had wanted for some time, a bike lock that was properly secured for the first time ever and some new friends that took the time to assist me and not make me feel dumb for now being bike geeks like them.

I’ve recently used the Eagan store and had some service done to my bike. Also at that time I bought an electric bike for my wife. All the staff members were helpful and courteous.
