Mechanic looked at my bike for free before a scheduled tune up, due to possible cracks in frame. Cracks went through. I appreciated time and concern about safety over profit. I did end up buying a bike, but he didn't know that at ghe time. I like the low pressure approach.

This was my first trip here. I live right next to another big name bike shop so I went their first for convenience. I was ticked after my experience so I picked up my bike the next day and brought it to Freewheel. Not only were the people at the Eagan shop friendly but they weren’t “too good” to fix my cheap bike that had been in storage. I also purchased a new bike which should be here in September!
Thank you for working with people who aren’t “professionals” and just enjoy biking. Honestly the other shop felt like high school!
