Knowledgable associates who are friendly and the ones I frequently encounter make a point of remembering me. In this case they were helpful as I was replacing a worn tire and needed to special order one. Once it was replaced, Jason had noted the wear I had put on the old tire over the 2,500+ miles and indicated that I may want to look at adjusting the seat and educated me on the situation. Both Jason and Tyson have been helpful in the past at expanding my knowledge on bike care.
