Ordered an item online to be picked up at the store. Within 30 minutes I received a call telling me that the item was available to be picked. The caller was very friendly and informative. Picking the item up the next morning was easy and simple. The store contained many different types and varieties of bikes. Will share that information with my gift recipient.

The Richfield staff has always been knowledgeable about the products they carry. I was impressed when a size I was looking for was not in store, they offered to get it from another store to save me a trip cross town. I am also impressed with the gear suggestions as most of the staff ride regularly and have tried many of the options available in store. This is always my first stop for all my biking needs.

Fantastic discount. You’re dirty enough to be authentic but not so dirty I feel embarrassed to go there after showering or straight from work in my white collar clothes.

Employees are friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection of bikes and accessories. At the Eagan store, Tyson and Jason have been particularly helpful in my purchases of a Kuat rack and Trek e-bike.

Went in to check out a flat tire. It has tubeless tires so I didn't know how to check for leaks or repair or put in a tube. The mechanic was very informative and helpful. He explained how often I needed to check the sealant and how to determine if the sealant would be enough. He open up the tire to show me it was dry with sealant. He showed me how to put in the sealant and put the tire back on the rim. He only charged me for the sealant. Great service and couldn't be more happy with Freewheel.

I initially came into the store for help with purchasing a bike rack and came out with a Kuat platform hitch rack, which I can't imagine living without. Since then, I have been into the store a couple of times, one of which was for recommendations on bike tire repair equipment and instruction. Tyson was enormously helpful with both. He gave me a step by step lesson, with return demonstration on how to change a tire, plus helpful tips on bike maintenance, repair and safety. I now feel more confident on my longer bike rides.
