your service was great. Fast and courteous. when I dropped bike off we discussed a lot of topics and had agreed on checking out or fixing a few different items. My wife and son picked the bike up, the next day I checked it out and the crank mechanism hadn't been checked. it has a wobble in it. I called and they took it right in and gave me a diagnosis . I don't blame anyone for this return to the shop. Otherwise it was a great experience and good service and price. Thanks to all the crew. Will recommend you to anyone who inquires. We had used Eriks in the past and not well treated .

Been shopping at Freewheel for almost 40 years. Was first attracted by all the nice gear (which they still have) but also impressed with quality of their people and the fine service I've received over the years. They are bike people and take good care of bike people.

Staff knows what you need and explains options very well. The discounts are good. My bike is in just like new shape thanks to the staff's help.
