Good customer service
I recently returned to Freewheel Bike to have them fix a broken spoke on a relatively new wheel. I had had similar problems before on the previous wheel and I told them how disappointed I was in the quality of the Trek bike I had. They listened and then said they would look into it.
I had a call back that same afternoon that my bike was fixed & ready to pick up. Same day service is almost unheard of anymore!
When I picked up the bike, I was told there was no charge for this.

I cannot say enough about Tyson and his going the extra mile to take care of a customer. Last year I purchased a new Trek from the Eagan store. The bike had an issue with the seat stem dropping unexpectedly and when it did, the adjustment screw was no longer accessible. The Eagan store tried multiple times with multiple factory fixes but it continued. Finally, Tyson was able to have Trek send a new frame which has a different style of seat post adjustment system. Tyson then disassembled the previous bike in order to rebuild the new bike from the ground up. He went way above and beyond to take care of my needs.
All manufacturers have issues from time to time but it’s how you take care of the customer that really matters. Tyson and FreeWheel in Eagan, thank you for all of your great work!!

The store had the bikes I wanted to try; Jason was very helpful; the large, empty parking lot in the back (Eagan location) was perfect for test rides; and installation of accessories was speedy.
Came in having no knowledge of bikes or what I need. I was walked through the whole process and taught different parts of the bike as well as some of the bike lingo. Never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and helped set up my whole bike experience! Excited to get put there!
