They had the product I wanted and the service was divine.

I came up from Winona for my kids to visit Gma; it had been over a year since our last visit due to the pandemic. We planned on riding bikes with me pulling my kids in a bike trailer, but I forgot to take off the Burley hitch from my bike at home. Good news- Freewheel Bike- Richfield has it in stock. The problem I ran into was the store Gma rented the bikes from were not open to help us with installation. Best news? The gentlemen assisting me went out of his way by adding the hitch to my bike. Know what else? There was a steady flow of customers (in-person and phone calls). He did a great job managing his workflow. Though I was in no rush, he apologized for the wait. Felt great to be a valued customer. Thank you :)
