My sales guy spent a lot of time with me, even though i came in knowing the bike to look at. Options were discussed, adjustments made to the bike I test rode, and then the sale rung up which included needed accessories for the bike. When we picked up the bike two days later, we were helped by a different guy, who made several more adjustments to make riding easier for a person with small hands, and also rechecked to see that the fit was correct. There was no pressure, just help.
