I called Erik's last Thursday regarding a replacement bottom bracket for my fat bike, and they said they don't keep those on hand. Their Bloomington shop is nearest my work, and I figured they're big enough to cover most needs. I then called Freewheel in Richfield where I got a confident reception by the salesman, and he handed me over to Andrew, the mechanic, just to be sure we were talking about the same parts. Andrew assured me they should be able to take care of me.
I stopped by the shop on the way home. The salesman - wish I recalled his name - not only recognized me as the person who called, but he recalled meeting me once months ago. Andrew enjoyed seeing my trashed part and quickly produced a viable replacement. He pointed out I'd need a different tool due to a diameter change, but that BB tool wasn't on the floor. He proceeded to go back to his box, grabbed a tool adaptor, and just asked me to bring it back after I installed the new part over the weekend. Gladly!

Great service! Son had called ahead, they were prepared for what we wanted to see, prepped the bike we were interested in and we ended up purchasing the Bike.
Also got some good information/help on a seat purchase while using stationary trainer, vs. the normal one.
