Service is above and beyond excellent compared to other dealers. Andrew’s knowledge and care ordering and setting up my dream bike was simply amazing. I felt comfortable through all the ordering steps of my dream bike. I also feel in very good handles with questions and maintenance moving forward.
The whole team at the Penn location are amazing to work with. Could not be more happy!!!

My hydraulic brakes needed to be bled but I had been putting it off because I didn’t want to miss out on a ride. They got to the point here they were dangerous to ride any longer, so at the recommendation of Tom Lais I brought my bike into Freewheel so Dan could get me back in action while I waited. I appreciate the crew making quick work of the task at hand and allowing me to not miss a beat.
