Easy peazy
I purchased the bike online and it was ready the same day. And, although Freewheel's selection isn't as vast as the 'big-box' stores, I felt the quality of bike and knowing that a qualified bike technician would be the person assembling/tuning it up was/is worth the value.

Your staff is so extremely helpful, and they are very positive. I am old and fat and ride an e-bike, and they couldn't be more enthusiastic about my biking. Also, they just...fix stuff. Super fast, utterly reliably. Andrew is especially nice to me, but seriously, everyone is always happy to see me, happy to fix whatever problem I've got, and has good advice. Love them all.
