Freewheel takes care of their customers when thinks break/ need adjustment/ or don’t work as advertised. They make everything as convenient as possible to get you back out riding!

I like that I can bring in my bike and it gets looked at right in the front. I also like that the guys will true my wheels on a walk in basis. That is pretty special. I also like when the guys steer me in the right direction. I had picked out a bike lock but the guy (Matt) said that there was a better one and on sale (50%). It was more expensive so it took me awhile to purchase it but I eventually saw the wisdom in purchasing this lock and I have been extremely happy ever since. Another example, I have been looking at buying a truing wheel stand when the guy told me the price, I nearly fainted but the guy gave me a simple hack that I could do if I decide to start truing my own wheels. Lastly, I feel welcomed here. I'm a very large man but no one second guesses that I can ride a bike on trails. This means a lot to me.

The employee who helped me really bailed me out of a tough situation. When I was doing last-minute prep for the 630-mile North Star Bicycle Race (St. Paul to Canadian border and back to St. Paul), I realized that I needed a mechanic to replace brake pads and replace a derailleur cable. Due to my travel required to get to the twin cities, I brought my bike to Freewheel only 36 hours before the race started. The employee was kind at check-in, and was able to get the work turned around in less than 24 hours. Best of all, because of the employee’s work, I was able to complete the race and didn’t have any mechanical issues! Thanks again!!

Knowledgeable service staff. The guy I worked with knew his stuff and was kind of helping me with my issues. I am newer to some of the DIY bike service stuff and I had an issue. I brought it in and he helped me through it. Fixed up my issue and talked me through it. He did not make me feel like an idiot for doing a small stupid thing that I did. I was a very quick in and out with this visit but I felt very good after leaving the store after my visit that day. Keep up the good work.
