Great customer service
In general the stock or inventory is very good. The service is great and trustworthy. When you know the bike mechanics is always a good feeling they will take care of you as they do so many others. Professional. Its a great location on Penn Ave.
The team at Richfield Freewheel always treats me with respect. They listen to my needs, don’t try to upsell me, and look for close-out parts to keep costs down when I ask them to. For example, I recently needed a dropper post for my fatbike. My other mountain bikes are high end, but Andrew recognized that my winter fat bike needs are much more basic, he did some sleuthing and found a below-cost close-out dropper for me. Parts and labor under $200, and my bike was ready in two days, just in time for the snow.
