The salesperson was very familiar with setting up the shimano 105 Di2system which would have taken me a year to figure out on my own. The Orbea M30i is beautiful and has a great hill climbing gear, and it’s so cool that he programmed the derailleurs to automatically shift the front sprocket to the smaller one when shifting to climb to prevent cross chaining. I was really impressed! Kudos to your sales team for excellent performance.Arnie London

I took my bike in and they immediately looked at it. They explained menu of service options and we prioritized them. They did the repairs and replacements as scheduled. My bike is amazing now. It shifts smoothly and the new grip tape and pedals are a definite upgrade!!! Thank you

Quick, friendly

The guy who helped us was so nice and patient with my boys and showed my son how to care for his bike - we had just come from a mountain biking camp. We were on a tight schedule in order to get his bike serviced and new tires on before camp the next day and he made it work. We were so grateful! We have bought bikes here before and will do so again!
