I visited Freewheel Bike in Richfield to have my wife’s TREK Verve2 repaired- rear hydraulic brake not working and an issue with shifting. Andrew quickly assessed the bike, figured out we had a leak and a bent derailleur. He checked to see if he had the brake parts on hand, he didn’t, but found them at another location and told me I could leave the bike and he’d have it fixed early the following week- I dropped it off on a Friday. Got a text msg at 7:59pm that the bike was fixed on Weds evening and picked it up yesterday and all works great. It’s a terrific, efficient bike shop staffed by bike guys who know their stuff and take care of business. Thanks much

I had very good customer service. It had been many decades since I had purchased a bike and so I had many questions and didn't even know where to begin. Jamie answered all my questions, made some suggestions and I was able to try three bikes before deciding. All the accessories were also available at the same time.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and had the right selection of parts.

I appreciated the info provided by the retail staff. Matt was very helpful. And the salesperson yesterday was also helpful with a saddle purchase yesterday.

I do like the service and helpfullness at Freewheel. I just rode my e-bike that I picked up from a tune up yesterday. Only problem was the seat had been raised considerably and I almost fell over trying to get on. I may have shrunk some from last year but not that much. I assume it was test ridden or maybe it had loosened up. But all is good

Mat is always on top of it and very helpful. When you walk in he knows your name and is so knowledgeable and straight forward. Bends over backwards to make things work for you. The rest of the staff has also been great. Over the years we purchase over a dozen of bikes from Penn Cycle and now Freewheel Cycle.
