Freewheel Bike Richfield has been my bike shop for years. Mainly because they will honestly give you advice without trying to give you a hard sell. Also, if you buy your bike from them they will do small labor jobs for free. Yesterday my derailer needed adjusting-no problem-did it for free. (I did call ahead of time to make sure they weren't real busy)

Just a good crew. I've been visiting this bike shop for decades, since I was a wee lad riding an old ten speed and the place was called Penn Cycle. These are people that ride bikes in Minneapolis year-round; the high standards of service and the impeccably curated inventory reflect that.
Not sure why the time to repair the bike took 6 days. Once I contacted the shop the repairs were completed in under 3 hours. First ride was this morning and the bike is working great!
