While the entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable, Mike was outstanding. My son and I needed some help with a bike and we weren't sure what was needed to fix it. Mike plopped the bike on the rack and took a few minutes of his time to give us his opinion on what needed to be done to get the bike back into tip-top shape. He advised he could schedule time to fix for us or if we wanted, there was a tool that we could purchase to do the work ourselves.
That kind of customer service goes a long way and we've already told multiple friends and family about Mike's willingness to potentially lose an hour of labor to provide us with the tool and encouraged us to do the work ourselves.
To be clear, Mike was more than willing to do the work for us... he was working hard when we arrived, stopped to talk to me and my son, and even helped another customer who walked in at the same time.
The entire team working that day was very professional and I've found the bike store I'll be frequenting for the foreseeable future.

The staff listened to what I wanted, had the bike available, didn't seem troubled when I decided I needed a different size even though it meant changing out the accessories I wanted. It was a good experience.
Customer service was excellent. I needed some work done on my existing bike and your bike tech was very friendly and helpful. He took care of my bike while I waited. Always had great service when having work done on my bike. I am a very casual rider and don't do any of the work on my bike, and your staff is always very accommodating.
Troy got me exactly the bike I wanted and fitted it well. I was pleased that he didn’t try to upswell to any different bike. This was my first experience with this store and couldn’t be happier.
