The prompt service I've received on my recent and past bike purchase have been great! I was waiting for months for the bike I wanted to become available as I checked weekly. One day it, there it was, in stock at some of the local bike stores online. Freewheel Woodbury had my size and color in stock! I called and picked it up an hour later!! I will definitely keep going back for any of my cycling needs.

The techs there are great. They gave me some things to try at home instead of just bringing my bike in for a repair. In the end I needed a repair. The prices for parts and services seem fair.

Excellent experience! Mike took the time to accurately troubleshoot an issue that 4 other technicians mis-diagnosed and was able to finally get my bike working the way it should. I was able to go on a 20 mile ride earlier today and the chain didnt fall of once. I couldnt be happier I finally brought my bike into Freewheel. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Freewheel is the only place I will be bringing my bike in the future.
