The employees I worked with were super helpful. I'm not a biker, so I don't know much, but they kindly walked me through everything, gave me several options, and were kind and understanding. I brought in a lightly used bike that had been sitting in a friends garage for a couple years, and sight-unseen I was given a quote that was 100% accurate. I brought my bike in the next day over my lunch hour, and I was riding it by the time I was off work that same day. Could not be happier with my experience, will definitely be back for any bike related needs.

My wife and I have purchased products and services from Penn Cycle in Woodbury (now Freewheel) since it opened. We have always found the personnel to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of bikes and accessories is great, and prices are fair. The repair and maintenance services are also excellent.
What more is there to say about a bike shop, except "please keep on keepin' on!".
I had 3 bikes that needed to be serviced. The technician did a great job of describing what would be done for each bike, in detail, and the work was done quickly. I was given choices whenever there were alternative parts or services. The staff was very friendly and professional.
