Smartly managed bike shop. Always have trusted the Woodbury store before when they were Penn Cycle and now as a Freewheel shop. I would make a suggestion. We brought a bike in for a mid grade tune up. They went over everything but when we came to pick it up, there were two inspection items ..brake pads and tires..listed as will need replacing soon. Things like that are one reason we brought the bike in the first place and if someone would have called while the bike was on the bench with this, we would have instructed them to go ahead with the replacement. Now, we have to make another trip back to the shop to get these things replaced. Sort of missed the whole point of an overhaul.
Excellent service. Mike Davis in Woodbury is very helpful, always takes time to answer any questions I may have. Pretty much all my bike shopping is done there.
Friendly staff that will take time to listen to you and answer questions thoroughly, using easy to understand speech.. Would highly recommend them.
