Quick and easy - we walked in, my son found a bike he liked, and we were out in 10 minutes. The sales person was very friendly, and offered sound advice, which allowed us to make our decision quickly. Bike mechanic not able to resolve problem but referred me to bike shop that repairs Specialized electric bikes.
Great service, Mike went above and beyond to help me fix the squeaking brakes. Learned a lot during the process He installed new pads and reset the calipers. No squeaks afterwards and I also cleaned the old pads for future use as needed.
Really appreciate Mike's tips and suggestions. Definitely coming back for future tuning, and perhaps for the next big bike purchase
